Privacy & Cookie Policy

This policy explains what data LUEL collects through https://luel.rs, why it is collected, and how you can limit it. The site has no contact form, no user accounts and no checkout — data is collected solely to measure traffic and advertising performance.
Who processes your data

What we collect
The site never asks for or stores your name, address or anything you type — simply because there is no form to type it into. Only technical data your device sends on each visit is processed automatically:
- IP address and information about your browser (user agent), operating system and device type
- pages visited, time of visit and the site you arrived from
- identifiers from Meta Pixel cookies (_fbp, _fbc), unless you block cookies
Meta Pixel and Conversions API
We use the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) to measure how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform. The pixel records page views and interactions such as clicking a contact button, opening a portfolio project, and clicking the email address or phone number.
The same events are also sent through the Meta Conversions API — directly from our server rather than from your browser. In that case we forward your IP address, browser information and Meta cookie identifiers to Meta. Every event carries a unique ID, so Meta recognizes the browser and server versions as the same event and counts it once.
We do NOT forward your email address, phone number or name to Meta — the site does not collect that data anywhere.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in measuring and optimizing advertising. Meta may also use this data for its own purposes as an independent controller; see the Meta privacy policy at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy.
Vercel Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics for basic traffic statistics. It sets no cookies and does not build a profile of an individual visitor — the data is aggregated and anonymous.
Cookies and local storage
The site uses a minimal set of cookies and browser storage entries:
- _fbp and _fbc — Meta Pixel, to recognize visits coming from an ad (up to 90 days)
- theme — your light or dark theme choice, stored only in your browser and never sent anywhere
- luel-video2-intro — a technical note that the intro animation already played in this session
How to opt out
You can stop tracking in several ways: block third-party cookies in your browser settings, use an ad blocker, or adjust the ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram account.
If you block cookies the site keeps working exactly as before — no feature depends on them.
How long we keep data
We do not store visit data in our own database. Retention on the Meta and Vercel side is governed by their policies; Meta cookies expire no later than 90 days after they are set.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and object to the processing of your data under the Serbian Personal Data Protection Act and the GDPR. Send your request to office@luel.rs and we will respond within 30 days.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may contact the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when we add a new tool or change how we measure. The date of the last change is always shown at the top of this page.
